如果你安装了KeePass，然后发现ChsIME.exe高cpu占用率，那么可能和KeePass打开了secure desktop设置有关，关掉就没问题了。具体路径：
在Keepass，“Tools” -> “Options”，“Security”选项卡，关掉“Enter master key on secure desktop”。点OK后，重启KeePass。
根据KeePass作者说法，貌似是微软的IME Bug。
